Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation/Follow up (45 min-90 min)

We’ll come to you for a 1 on 1 evaluation in your home with a skilled physical therapist. We’ll find the source of your issue and develop a personalized plan of care. We emphasize the use of hands on manual therapy, skilled exercise prescription, education and use of evidenced based techniques. We’ll also ultimately give you a maintenance program to help reduce the risk of future injury!
Titleist Performance Institute “TPI” Golf/Sport Evaluation- (45-60min)
Want to reduce stress on your body while you golf?
Have a golf related injury or hoping to avoid one?
Want to take stroke off your game by improving your mobility, balance and strength?
Play a sport like Hockey/Soccer/Baseball which requires rotation and full body movement?
Our therapists will perform a custom analysis using one of the worlds leading systems at identifying how the body moves during the golf swing “The Body Swing Connection”. We’ll help you improve posture, balance, mobility and strength to help you employ the game you want on the course!
Dry Needling- (30-60min)
Stand alone dry needling session or “tune up” as needed

Our therapists will perform dry needling/electro dry needling which helps to treat pain, headaches, joint, muscle, nerve, and other tissue dysfunction in virtually all areas of the body. This is a stand alone session and may be bundled with other wellness/performance services.
Personal Training/Wellness Evaluation- (45-60min)
Wondering how to transition back to an independent exercise routine after an injury?
New to working out and need some guidance from a skilled professional?
Don’t have an injury but want to improve your mobility/strength/fitness?
Don’t have time to go to the gym, or want to work out in your home?
Our therapists will screen you and compile a personalized history to find out your unique exercise goals. No athlete/person is the same, and together we’ll formulate a plan that helps you play harder, run faster or just get back into better shape/health. Follow up sessions will include warm ups/mobility work, strengthening/agility, skill work and sport/activity specific training.
