Owner/Founder Meadowlands Physical Therapy and Wellness

Dr. Konstantinos (Dino) graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, PA in 2012. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University in New Jersey.

While initially on a Pre-med tract as an undergrad, Dr. Dino developed an overwhelming passion for physical therapy early in his education. He's always had a passion for helping people and wanted to be more active in helping them achieve their goals.

Dr. Dino initially worked in traditional outpatient orthopedic clinics over the first 5-6 years of his career. With the changing scope of healthcare, he quickly realized he could no longer provide the level of service or care his patients deserved working in these settings.

He founded Meadowlands Physical Therapy and Wellness so he could provide high quality rehabilitation with a more personalized one on one approach. He strives to create unique programs for each patient based on their goals and aspirations.

Dr. Dino is trained in a variety of manual/hands on techniques, focusing on evidenced based practice to guide his treatment protocols. He is well versed in the Maitland, Mulligan, McKenzie approaches and he is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 2, a leader in rehab specifically for golfers.

He is a Fellowship Trained PT in Orthopedics and Manual Physical Therapy through the Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Therapists (AOMPT), placing him in a class with less than 1% of practicing therapists in the country! Additionally, he is certified in the practice of Dry Needling, and Spinal Manipulation both novel interventions to treat pain and dysfunction.

He enjoys treating patients of all ages with sports and orthopedic injuries, with a particular interest in working with athletes, those in chronic pain and golfers. Empowering and educating his patients is his priority as part of a whole-body approach to care.

When not in the clinic, Dino enjoys being outdoors, having hiked and camped in areas across the US. In the summer, you can usually find him on a beach soaking up the sun. He has also visited Greece, the Netherlands, as well as Ireland. He is an avid sports fan, with special interests in soccer, football, hockey, baseball, and golf. He enjoys rooting for the Atlanta Braves, Manchester United, Green Bay Packers, Colorado Avalanche, and the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
